Journaling and Blogging
Self-publishing my journals was a way to share part of the process of my self-care and part of the process of how I’ve been able to accomplish so much in the last 5 years. Never did I think that I would be featured in a national article of The BestWomen and Business Books to Read in 2025.This goes to show you that anything is possible. You don’t need to be the most popular; you just need consistency and a great work ethic.
Oh, To Be a Black Woman – A Celebration of Strength, Legacy, and Self-Love
Turning 50 is more than a milestone—it’s a declaration of strength, wisdom, and self-love. Oh, to Be a Black Woman is not just a hat; it’s a celebration of everything that makes us powerful. As I step into this new chapter, I am prioritizing my health, embracing my authenticity, and building a legacy that inspires generations. This is the season of intentional living, self-celebration, and standing unapologetically in my truth. Join me in honoring the beauty and resilience of Black womanhood.

When Chief Allomanhin placed the wand in my hands, I knew this was no ordinary gift. In his culture, only kings and chiefs carry this sacred symbol of power, wisdom, and leadership. It is never given lightly—yet he gave it to me. In that moment, he confirmed what I had not yet fully claimed for myself: I am walking in something greater. This was more than recognition; it was a calling. When a chief acknowledges you as worthy of something only rulers hold, you don’t question it—you rise to meet it.
